PROJECT "EVENTLER"

Project ‘Eventler’ was initiated with an idea of an internet service that would easily offer its users information on events based on user-selected criteria, such as location and nature of event. The idea was refined to a simple, easy-to-use web service with relevant information on interesting events. For this to become a reality we obviously need events to publish and so we decided to design a service that would attract organizers and venues to use ‘Eventler’ as another outlet to publish their events through.The concept of the service is to cover the individuals from Finland who are interested in a kind of event, which have mainly two groups the organizers, who organize the events, and the end users, who are interested to go to an event.

 

The project is developed in open source tools so it can be used for future learning and development purposes by anyone.
